How To Read People’s Mind And Give Them The Answers They’re Looking For

I have to give credit to Pat Flynn from for teaching me the method I am about to show you. I learned this just by being a subscriber to his newsletter. In his newsletter Pat provides awesome online marketing tips and I advise everybody to head over there and subscribe as well.

One of the best ways to make yourself known and respected is by delivering the kind of content your audience exactly needs help with. Your visitors will truly appreciate your efforts if you know what they want and you’re able to give them the answers they’re looking for.

But how can you know what people want in the first place? Well, you’re about to learn how to read people’s mind (just kidding). One simple way to find out is by simply asking your audience what they would like to learn. But if you don’t have a responsive audience that would share their needs and complaints, what do you do then?

At this point you should start asking yourself where can you find a whole bunch of people that share their complaints and ask for solutions. My crystal ball

tells me that forums are one of those places where you can discover exactly what your audience is struggling with and is asking for help.

To find forums in your niche you simply do a Google search for “forum:niche”. If you’re looking for internet marketing forums then Warrior Forum and Digital Point Forum are a good place to start with. Just by browsing through forums you can easily see which topics are hot and which questions are asked more often.

But to be more specific you should look for a search box or a search field inside these forums where you can type in certain search terms people often use when they’re looking for answers. You might need to register first in order to be able to use the search function on some forums but that’s beneficial to you because forums are a great place to advertise your online business.

Once you locate the search field, type in the following terms and see what you can come up with:

•”advice about”
•”I hate it when”
•”I need help with”
•”can anyone help me”
•”I’m looking for”
• “really bad”
•”desperate for”
•”can’t find”
•”have no clue”
•”question about”

You can also add other search terms to this list after you browse through forums for a while. These search terms will often lead you to forum threads where people are looking for solutions to their most urgent problems.

In case you don’t know the answer, do your research and gather all the information you can possibly find regarding the subject in hand. Next thing you do is go back to your blog and write an article providing the best answers you can come up with. Once the article is written you should come back into the forum thread itself as a user and give a brief answer to their question and then link back to your article for more information. You can apply the same method with Twitter, Yahoo Answers and LinkedIn Answers to get more visitors to your website.
